Rooms were nice and clean and all employees were kind and respectful. The pool area was clean and a great pleasure for the kids. The water slide is a lot of fun! The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The free breakfast is higher quality than most hotels, offering pancakes.

It's a very nice hotel to take kids. My two children and I have this annual tradition to spend one night at this hotel. It's mostly because of the pool and water slide. We weren't lucky enough to stay on the same floor as the pool this year but it didn't take away too much from the stay. The continental breakfast is very nice. The service is really good too. The staff seems super friendly. The rooms are clean. What more can you ask for? We will be back next year.
Received outstanding customer service from Jay, the night shift front desk attendant. Was very accommodating to our family and request regarding our 7 months baby. He has a friendly, positive attitude and great sense of humour. Wish more hotel front desk staffs could be like him. The rooms are great and at an affordable rate. The automatic pancake machine for the breakfast is awesome.
Rooms had a very odd smell. Like a Sears. The internet service was very poor. Service desk was friendly and room was neat and clean. Tv service was basic cable and rooms are both heated and air conditioned which is good for a stay year round. During the morning there is free yogurt and fruit in the dining area and free coffee in the rooms.
