Had a two day work thing in the board room. The room was a little too warm. But they brought in fans which, helped. They had water jugs and glasses on the table which they refilled. The had coffee, hot water, a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well. The only real downside was having to go down to the next floor to use the washroom.
Drove a friend from the airport and spent the night with them. Guy at the desk was kind of surly, but it was 4:30 in the morning so I can't blame him. Bed was pretty comfy.
Spacious room with a little kitchen area and microwave. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside are the thin walls - but at least the couple in the room next door had a good time.

Well you're getting what you pay for here. Let's start with the positives. It's a good price. It's well situated near St John's downtown. Just a fifteen or twenty minute walk to George Street and the good restaurants there. The room is quite large and the kitchenette is nice. Would have been nice if they provided dish soap and towels for the dishes though. Oh and the people are friendly. Unfortunately the room is dated, along with the A/C. The handle on the toilet was only partially cooperative. The breakfast option was essentially four cold cereals and orange pekoe tea. I didn't even try the coffee. So it's certainly functional if you're looking for a roof over your head and a pillow under it. But this won't be a place to write home about by any measure.
