I stayed for a night, the front desk service was very friendly, they have an airport shuttle that leaves ever half an hour and is a few minute drive from the airport. The bed was insanely comfortable. The restaurant looked nice and the hotel had a good atmosphere.
This place has bedbugs. One of the people who were with me asked me to look at a bump. He said he gets itchy in the bed and thought that there were bedbugs. At the time, I thought he was being ridiculous. The next night, I had a similar bump. I figured that it may have been from a spider.The day after arriving home, I felt a bite on my leg There was a tiny bug that I'd not been familiar with. I looked up small red bug and very quickly identified my new housemate as a bedbug. I'm livid. I'm not in a financial position to ensure that my home doesn't become infested and I have a young child !!!! Livid!!Note : I spray verified the bite bump.
Located prior to the airport, Comfort Inn is great for a night stay prior to flying out. The rooms are clean and the staff are very courteous. Leaving you vehicle is easy with the shuttle service to and from the airport. The prices for leaving the vehicle is a lot cheaper than the airport.
Comfort Inn St. John's completely surpassed our expectations. The room was well appointed and had the most comfortable bed. We slept like we were at home, perhaps better. The staff are warm and welcoming. I rate higher than 5 stars from the standpoint this hotel rivals that of higher perceived brands. Next trip here we look forward to dining at Clancy's!
Hands down the best staff of any hotel I've been to on the planet, between the restraunt and the hotel I would say for what the classification of the hotel is. It is the best hotel in Canada.
