Really bad service....employees are not friendly... we are still dealing with issues concerning the section B ...all the medication and medical treatments should have been paid by the insurance company from the start...the accident was 3 years ago...and we are still waiting for answers on how come nobody told us about that Section B and why is my lawyer tell me about it and not them....SO what does that tell you.
I have two vehicles and store one during winter. Every time I need to add or remove coverage from my vehicles I have no trouble doing so. Ive talked to many agents at Anthony and have always had good service. Not to mention Ive saved over $1000 when I initially switched from my previous insurance company a few years back. Thank you to all of your staff!
These guys are the worst company ever. Had a $12,000 no fault claim denied by them.. they are sneaky. Be careful folks!
Was once fantastic but my rate has moved significantly higher every year for no good reason. Got tired of it and got a much better rate from a competitor. They rely on customers being too lazy to notice unjustified annual price increases.
I've been with them for 5+ years. I have 10 years driving experience, no accidents, no tickets. My rate goes up $120 (give or take) every single year.There was a time or two I forgot to transfer money in the account they withdraw from and their accounting department contacted me to let me know. Let's just say they don't have great customer service in that department. You'd be better off forgetting to pay the mob. Needless to say I've decided enough is enough, I'm changing companies this May when my policy is up for renewal. It's only logical. Too bad their marketing isn't as good as their product.
