MM is the only agent here I have dealt with, but if the others are as good as she is, then they're a great bunch.MM is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She responds to emails in a timely fashion and is a very pleasant lady. She's TOTALLY worth the ten extra dollars (inside joke... she'll get it :p )

Absolutely useless , can't be bothered to help you at all , weather that's changing payment dates or how your payments come out , promise you your insurance will go down then goes up , bunch of crooks
