I go to this location because it's close and also has a liquor store. Their store is usually stocked well, however the produce is horrid. It's difficult to get fresh fruits and vegetables at any sobeys for that matter.
As good as a Sobeys grocery store can get. Always well stocked and always offering good deals. Like most Sobeys locations, they also offer student discounts on Tuesdays, just remember bring your MUN ID.
Went to Sobeys, Howey Estates this morning, in a hurry. I was looking for something in the meat department, which wasn,t on display. Met Don Wiseman, in the meat department, told him what I was looking for, and in less than 5 minutes, he had it waiting for me. That,s what I call excellent service!

A Sobeys like any otherlarge, clean, orderly, pricey for fresh fruits and vegetables. No British sweets at this one, though there were two shelves of Newfy specialities. No recycling bins on-premise (I asked customer service), which is disturbing and distressing.
