I echo the same sentiments as other reviewers. They have a great selection but the store seems understaffed. Maybe this is growing pains with the new, larger store. I waited 10-15 minutes just to be able to try on shoes, and there were several other customers waiting as well. I also had a bad experience picking up an online order at this store a while ago. I won't be rushing back. Customer service here needs to improve.
Horrible customer service. I went with my boyfriend who was ready to buy a pair of Blundstones that day. The store only had us and another woman with her child and we had to go interrupt a few employees chatting to get what we assumed to be our size (we later learned that Blundstones have their own sizing, which was not told to us by the employee). We went off, tired on the shoes, wanted to see if there were other types in different sizes but all the employees seemed to have disappeared out back, save one who was ignoring us while rearranging a display. We could have walked off with the shoes and no one would have said anything. After waiting around 5-10 minutes we decided to leave. Went to Best Western Boutique instead and had quality service there.
Picked up a shoe that was marked for $5, had the girl verbally tell me that yes it was $5, got my size and the box was ringing in for $51 and the manager basically said too bad we'll give you 25% off and that it was the wrong tag when it wasn't. Garbage service.
Horrible customer service! Don't know if they are just understaffed but they don't seem to try or even care. If you can get someone to help, they go into 'the back' and seem to take forever! I ended up leaving and got the shoes I wanted upstairs. You lost this sale and this customer!!
I had a terrible experience the other day at this store completely due to a particular employee. The way that she spoke to me was so upsetting I actually told my boyfriend I would never go back. However, I called the manager Amy today and calmly explained what happened. She was SO sympathetic and helpful. It made me feel so much better and it really improved my opinion of their store. If you have a poor experience there, call the manager and (kindly) let her know! Management can't help improve the store if they aren't aware of the problem!
