A huge shout out to Mr. Rooter and their staff! We lost our hot water heater 830 am on Friday 2 days before Christmas. One phone call and within 15 minutes we had an email and text with a timing for service. The time had a 1 hour window and an apology that they couldn't get the time down to their normal 15 minutes. The service tech was 15 minutes early, clean, well organized, and wore protective booties to keep our house clean. Less than 2 hours later we had our new water heater installed, everything cleaned up, our water pressure checked and adjusted, every toilet in the house checked and tightened, and the old water heater removed. The service was beyond excellent, the technician's demeanor was fantastic, and the price was well worth such unbelievable service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
When I was in a bind, I looked through the online listings and found Mr. Rooter. I thought that I could trust this company because it is a franchise operation with a reputation to uphold and policies in place. I was told what the costs would be up front and the work got done without a clock ticking. The warranty that I purchased paid off. John was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.
Top notch people doing a top notch job. Everyone at Mr. Rooter went out of their way and beyond to help me in keeping my house warm this winter. When my heat pump went down Mr Rooter's people came to the rescue and fixed it as fast as humanly possible. Not only doing a good job but also saving me big money and caring about me and my family. The worst service I have every experienced!!Called them at 4pm because I needed to have my tenants toilet fixed (not something that can wait) and they informed me that someone would call me back. Called them again at 6:15pm because I was still waiting, the guy told me that they had no record of my first call, so I provided all my info again and was told someone would be in touch. Called them back at 8:30pm different guy answered and said that he indeed had a record of both my calls and then informed me that they do not have anyone handleing emergency calls tonight and that they would call me after 9am the next day?! Brutal service.....use someone else for your plumbing needs.
Mike Sooley gave excellent service fixing a persistent shower leak and installing a new hot water boiler. What I love about Mr. Rooter is the guaranteed work and the the fast and convenient appointments. Really like since they put all online so easy. Thank You
