Purchased several items from Obriens over the years and each and every time the customer service has been excellent. One might even say the customer service has been continually getting better and better. It is also a very comfortable place to go test out some instruments In peace without having eyes glaring at you. Recently I have had several severe cracks fixed on my guitar at the stores in house repair shop, the cracks were in some very tricky places and very structural... it took a little while to get my guitar back, but due to it not being as far damaged as previously assessed, it cost substantially less then the quoted price and was fixed incredibly well. Id like to thank the crew here for their honesty and talent. Its nice to know that shops like this still exist.Cheers
Love this store. Traditional Newfoundland stuff, great staff. Selection you can't get anywhere else. I went with my kids and loved it. A must stop in St. John's.
