Not as good as when I was a teenager but still good. It's changed ownership over the years. The original owner made the best pizza ever! People on here complaining about not enough tables. Really? It's a hole in the wall pizza joint. What do you expect? There were no tables when I was kid.
Good pizza, large slices : 1/4 of a 14 pie (nearly twice the size of a NYC slice, for example), cost less than $6 after taxes and such. Thick, tasty, tender dough that is not greasy on the bottom (thats a good thing). Definitely not NYC-style pizza, if youre wondering, but Newfy style, and its a good thing. Local vibe, 3 bench tables, does a lot of to-go.
If you want the best pizza in st. john's, you have to go to Venice. Hands down, the best spot on the island for a slice of za, only complaint would be to make their slices bigger because I find that I'm always buying more than one slice.
Wanted to make an order earlier over the phone but the guy I was talking to was really rude, then he hung up the phone on me. Horrible service
Good cheap North American style pizza. Mine was cooled perfectly and well made.Not sure why people are worked up about the seating, it's meant to be a takeout/delivery restaurant.
