Great place to workout
I went to a body pump class here at 12pm on Friday July 13th and I have never been angrier about a service. I pay goodlife $60 a month of my hard earned money. The instructor blew her nose into the microphone, complained about how sore and sick she was the entire time, did not know a lot of the moves or didnt do many of them towards the end of the class and was extremely rude to customers when some put their weights away before the end of the class. She could have been professional and reminded them of the rule, instead she was passive aggressive and said "you know the rules but I'm not going to chase you around the room." Absolutely awful. I will never be returning to this location again. This is the first time I have left a body pump class in a worse mood than going in.
Lots of equipment to choose from here, great location.
