Excellent service
Bought a Couch and Arm Chair here, and the decorative pillows for it never arrived. 10 Months later I am still getting the run around from them saying they are being shipped. Poor experience, wont do business there again.
Friendly staff. They let us walk around and decide what we liked for ourselves. No pushy sales tactics.
I purchased a memory foam mattress after telling the salesman I was a disabled vet and needed a firm mattress. He showed me the memory foam on the floor and it was hard as a rock but he never told me it would soften over the following months. I would have NEVER bought it had he told me that. I went in knowing I needed a mattress that was firm but the salesman was more concerned about selling me something 3x what a regular firm mattress was (like the one I bought from them a decade earlier). Once I figured out that the mattress was making my back much much worse, I went to Cohen's about it and they flat out refused to do anything about it. Told me to sell it on Kijiji. It seems money is more important to them than customer satisfaction. From the posts I see on Facebook (before they delete them like they deleted mine), I'm not the only one who has an issue with their customer service. Disgraceful.
ordered a couch in may 2016. did not receive it till end of October 2016 after many calls. like a coward ordered a dishwasher beginning of February, they went to delivery it the following week, which ended up being damaged. was told they could not have another one till Feb 28...March 03/17 still do not have it. Should I be surprised?? NO. will I order from them again? NO. after spending 4000.00 there in the last year, I'll take my business elsewhere. your business is not appreciated there!( There's no point of asking for a discount for the inconvenience of waiting all day for the delivery/or having to wait... cause their answer is no!)
